We accept refunds and exchanges. Please read the following conditions and learn about the process.
 

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

Returns Method – New Zealand

If we confirm your eligibility, we’ll send you a shipping label for your return, allowing you to send back your item easily and at no cost. This shipping label is tracked, and the parcel can be picked up by NZ Post at your home. Please contact us to initiate the return.

Returns Method – International

Returning the parcel will be at your cost and responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked service.
 
 

Late or Missing Refunds

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
 
Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
 
Then, contact your bank. 
 
If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
 
 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or have been damaged during transport. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
 
The process for exchanges is the same as for returns.
 
 

Gifts

Gifts are not eligible under this Return Policy.
